A little bit more about me…

Let me introduce myself.

My name is Alexia. I help brand leaders and their teams overcome out-of-control workloads and entrepreneurial dread by partnering with them to strategically optimize business operations for profitability and customer retention.

My services are hyper-niched towards implementing end-to-end operations for premium product-based businesses. I have over 15 years in the retail industry, specifically working with (and within) dispersed cross-functional teams on just about every level, from design and development to production and logistics and to sales and customer experience.

Over the years, I have had the pleasure of serving enterprise-level accounts, SMB clients, and DTC brands across the CPG, soft goods, and apparel space. I even work 1:1 with entrepreneurs and customer-facing professionals to realign priorities, obtain clarity, and, most importantly, overcome resistance to showing up in their roles.

I’m just about to launch my first digital product, a workshop on implementing Return Rate Optimization Strategies for DTC Brands and Fashion Businesses. Having spent over a year developing this framework with real clients and using real data generated by real customer experiences, I am eager to share all that I’ve learned with other brand leaders seeking to increase profitability and customer retention by reeling in costly returns.

However, my proudest achievement to date has been growing my practice to what it is today. What started as Lean Style Startup, a consultancy guiding aspiring entrepreneurs to launch their own product line, is now Best Buds CX, a consultancy supporting established businesses that are actively scaling into their next level with an operational emphasis on sustaining clarity, team morale, and BFF-generating customer experiences.
